Our Approach
Choosing the right practitioner matters. It's not a small decision. At OM Therapy, we want your care to be effective, but also thoughtful and personal, right from the moment you walk through the door.
Established and Trusted
We've been part of the Hackney community since 2012, helping people through injury, ongoing pain, and the general wear and tear of busy lives. A lot of our patients come to us through word of mouth, friends telling friends, which says more about the care we provide than anything we could write here.
A Multidisciplinary Perspective
Our team covers osteopathy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, coaching and nutrition, so we can look at your health from a few different angles, and bring people together when it helps. We think about the whole person, not just the part that hurts, because that's what makes results last.
Personalised, Thoughtful Care
No two patients are the same, so we don't treat them that way. We take the time to understand your symptoms, your lifestyle, and what you're actually trying to get back to, then build care around that, practical enough to fit into your life. Patients often tell us it's the explaining that makes the difference: actually understanding what's going on, not just being told what to do.
Experienced and Approachable Practitioners
Our practitioners bring real clinical experience, but just as important is how they make you feel: comfortable, listened to, confident you're in good hands. We're not just trying to get rid of pain; we want to help you move well and stay active for the long run.
Evidence-Informed Practice
Everything we do is grounded in current research and real clinical experience, and we keep learning. Training doesn't stop once you qualify. We're always trying to get to the root of what's actually going on, not just treat what's on the surface.
A Calm, Welcoming Environment
We've tried to make the space itself feel calm and easy to step into, somewhere you can properly switch off from the pace of daily life while you're being looked after. And if Sacha's in, our four-legged team member, you might get a bit of extra attention on your way out.
